METROLOGICAL LABORATORY, REPAIR AND VERIFICATION AREAS
Head Scientific Metrological Center, standalone subdivision (OP GNMC), is a test laboratory of JSC Nefteavtomatika. It is located in Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan, and has an affiliate in Serafimovsky, Tuymazy district, the Republic of Bashkortostan, in the territory of Serafimovsky automation and telemetry pilot plant (SOZAiT, LLC).
Description
The total area of the laboratory in Kazan is 60 m2.
The total area of the laboratory affiliate in Serafimovsky is 450 m2.
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE LABORATORY IN KAZAN:
Metrological support services in accordance with the established scope of accreditation:
- Verification of metering devices;
- Calibration of metering devices;
- Tests of metering devices for their type approval in the sphere of physical and chemical measurements of oil and oil products, measurement of pressure, temperature and flow parameters, flow rate, level, volume of substances;
- Support during verification and calibration of metering devices;
- Experimental research for the development and qualification of measurement methods in the sphere of physical and chemical measurements of oil and oil products.
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE LABORATORY AFFILIATE IN SERAFIMOVSKY:
- Verification of metering devices;
- Calibration of metering devices;
- Tests for type approval and definition of metrological characteristics of metering devices for multiphase streams (metering units, multiphase flow meters, liquid meters, etc.).
THE METROLOGICAL LABORATORIES ARE FITTED WITH ALL REQUIRED EQUIPMENT.
