PACKAGED EQUIPMENT PRODUCTION WORKSHOP AND SERAFIMOVSKY AUTOMATION PILOT PLANT

PACKAGED EQUIPMENT PRODUCTION WORKSHOP is located in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, and has a total area of 6,500 m².

SERAFIMOVSKY AUTOMATION AND TELEMETRY PILOT PLANT is located in Serafimovsky, Tuymazy district, Republic of Bashkortostan. The total area of the plant is 44,000 m².

The Serafimovsky plant includes the following workshops:

• Mechanical workshop.
• Oil equipment workshop.
• Electrical workshop.
• 2 assembly workshops.
• Open area.

The production facilities include certified and qualified non-destructive testing laboratories, they are equipped with complexes used for hydraulic and dynamic tests.

The following is used in the production workshops to manufacture equipment:

• Fixed and semi-fixed welding equipment;
• Semi-automated welding complexes in an atmosphere of shielding gas;
• Metal working machines, equipment for preparatory activities, pipe cutting, piece chrome plating, bright zinc plating;
• Shot-blasting and painting chambers;
• Equipment for assembly and manufacture of process units of various dimensions;
• High lifting capacity davits;
• Equipment for instrumentation installation, electrical installation activities;
• Equipment for hydrotests and necessary verification of products;

The open area with hard crushed stone macadam is used for the installation and check assembly of large packaged equipment. The area is equipped with two motor cranes with a capacity of 25 t, 24/7 lighting, an open warehouse for the storage of materials with canopies.

Equipment production process is monitored at all stages by the Company’s Quality Department and Client’s inspectors: they carry out incoming inspection of materials using visual methods and tools, monitoring at the stage of products manufacture and shipment.

The production facilities allow the Company to issue products of high quality within tight schedules, in compliance with health and safety requirements.
