THE FIELD CHARACTERISTIC

The Pyakyakhinskoye oil and gas condensate field is one of the largest in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District in terms of volumes of proven reserves of hydrocarbons that have been put into commercial operation over the past few years.

The deposit is located in the Bolshekhetskaya Depression, about 150 km beyond the Arctic Circle and has complex geological structure.

Initial recoverable reserves of the Pyakyakhinskoye field are estimated at 86 million tons of oil and gas condensate and 261 billion cubic meters of gas. Commercial-grade gas is transported from the field over the main gas pipeline to gas-compressor station in the region of the Nakhodkinskoye field. Oil is transported over «Zapolyarye-Purpe» main pipeline.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND SET OF WORKS.

Range of works on manufacturing, supply, construction and installation, commissioning and start-up operations of automated process control systems for oil and gas production systems, the following process facilities:

• oil delivery and acceptance station;
• pump and compressor station;
• sewage treatment facilities;
• oil treatment facilities;
• reservoir pressure maintenance shop;
• deethanization and stabilization units;
• central processing facility;
• oil custody transfer metering systems;
• telemechanics system.

Complex of works on designing, manufacturing, delivery, construction and installation, commissioning and putting into operation was carried out in regard to:

• dispatching management of field infrastructure;
• networks and communication systems.
