Project description

Crude oil custody transfer metering system No. 124 is designed for metering of quantity and quality indicators of diesel fuel with a consistent delivery from refinery «Taif-NK» to the pipeline system of «Transneft-Prikamie».

Supply of crude oil custody transfer metering system took place within the framework of renovation project of «Nizhnekamsk-2» main pumping station to increase capacity of «Nizhnekamsk-2-Naberezhnye Chelny» and «Naberezhnye Chelny-Almetyevsk» main oil pipelines.

• Capacity of the station: from 90 to 870 m³/h.
• Maximum pressure: 2.5 MPa.

Scope of supply.

Scope of supply of oil products custody transfer metering system includes:

• meter run unit;
• mechanical displacement unit;
• redundant metering system unit of oil custody transfer metering system;

Scope of works within the project includes equipment, manufacturing, supply, installation supervision and commissioning, followed by the commissioning of SIKNP № 1242.

Software:

«Cropos»software and hardware complex developed by JSC « Nefteavtomatika».
