MOBILE WELL DEVELOPMENT COMPLEX FOR YAMBURG OIL, GAS AND GAS CONDENSATE FIELD OF LLC GAZPROMNEFT-ANGARA
Facility characteristics
Yamburg field is located in the Transpolar part of the West-Siberian Plain, on Taz peninsula in the territory of Nadymsky and Tazovsky areas of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District. Oil, gas and gas condensate field. The total in-place reserves are estimated as 8.2 billion m³ of natural gas. New gas production methods and technologies were first used during development of the field.
Technical characteristics of mobile well development complexes
A mobile well development complex consists of process modules prefabricated as much as possible, with equipment installed on skids, with dimensions suitable for standard 40-feet containers, it has a modular design which allows for prompt installation/dismounting of the complex. The complex has an autonomous power supply and a distributed structure of information collection and processing. The volume of vessels in the unit is 50 m³ . The vessels are fitted with internal and external anti-corrosion coating, a mounted system of cable tracing and heat insulation. The volume and internals of separators ensure high-quality liquid/gas separation and separation of a water/oil emulsion into oil and water. Filters are installed on the suction of all pumps. A check valve is provided on the discharge line of pumps. The life time of the supplied equipment is not less than 20 years.
